At Kenya’s Graphics, we value your time and ours. If a project is ghosted or abandoned for 30 days or more (no communication, missing content, or lack of response), the project will be considered canceled and closed permanently.

No refunds will be issued, and you will be ineligible to book future services with Kenya’s Graphics.

We work exclusively with serious business owners who are ready to elevate their brand and communicate professionally. Please be sure to provide your content on time and stay in touch throughout the process.

This service includes two complimentary revisions per flyer. For instance, changing a font and replacing a photo counts as two revisions. Should additional revisions be necessary, 3 additional revisions will be $15 (that is per flyer). Requests for a complete redesign will incur a fee amounting to 50% of the total service cost.

Please keep in mind that turnaround times are longer during the holiday season due to high order volume. We kindly ask that you allow your full turnaround time to pass before checking in on your project. If we are able to complete your order earlier than expected, we will email you right away.
