Mon-Friday I am open 10am-7pm
Any messages received after business hours will be replied to the next business day. At peak times I will return messages within 48 hours.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered Kenya’s Graphics does NOT provide refunds. There are absolutely NO Refunds once first draft concepts are sent! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.
By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

Any ghosted project will be canceled after 25 days
If you would like to cancel a project for any reason, please contact Kenya’s Graphics Llc as soon as you can. It should also be noted that you will not be given a refund if you decide to terminate your project; if you would like to re-book, full payment must be submitted again.
PAYMENT
All pricing through Kenya's Graphics LLC is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to the site. If there has been an agreed pricing between (the designer) and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until the project is complete.

Payment can be received through website, Zelle or paypal.
TURN AROUND TIME
Please read each project description carefully to get an estimated turnaround time.
Turnaround includes business days ONLY; we are closed on weekends, holidays & birthdays.
We aim to complete projects in the quickest manner possible, however, please keep in mind that turnaround times MAY VARY due to order volume, holiday seasons, etc.
To secure a specific deadline, you MUST submit a rush order by clicking the rush option on the service you request. (book designs, packages and websites do not come with a rush option)
These are creative services. Please allow TIME for me to perfect your project. Thanks again.
DRAFTS AND REVISIONS
Drafts of any kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from (the designer). All draft works are the property of Kenya's Graphics LLC
All orders are limited to a number of 3 revisions. Additional revisions will cost a fee per additional revision the client requires. (please read your service description it will tell you what the fee is for those revisions)
There is an extra 2 business day turn around for revisions.
Kenya's Graphics LLC recommends that you have all your details for your project before booking. This helps prevent from having to purchase extra revisions and it helps the process flow. Please note that designers can not read your mind and that our creative minds are not the same. Please make sure vision is clear before booking. Even if you have a small idea of what you might want that will be fine.
FILES DELIVERED
After project(s) have been finalized I will send your files in PNG, PDF or JPG. Photoshop PSD files are delivered upon request for an additional fee. Once designs have been finalized any additions or adjustments will result in an additional fee of $10 each design.
Kenya's Graphics LLC does not offer printing services, these are designing services ONLY for now.
TERMINATION
If by any means Kenya's Graphics LLC terminates your project it is a wrong doing on your part. Use of disrespectful or insulting words during conversation will not be tolerated and result in termination.

In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, death, illness etc. Project will be terminated or delayed (depending on circumstance) you will get a refund if this were to happen on my part.
