Kenya’s Graphics LLC – Standard Policies

By booking any service with Kenya’s Graphics LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment & Project Start

• Full payment is required before any design work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Projects will not begin until both payment and the required client intake form have been completed.

• Turnaround times begin once all required content, information, and materials and payment are received.

2. Refund Policy

• Clients have up to four (4) business days to request a refund after purchase if work has not yet begun.

• For rush orders, clients have up to two (2) business days to request a refund if work has not yet started.

• Once design work has begun, refunds will not be issued.

• Digital services are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Revisions

• Each service includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the service description.

• A revision includes minor edits such as text adjustments, color tweaks, or small layout refinements.

• Revisions do not include new concepts, completely different designs, or a change in creative direction.

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees.

4. Client Communication & Professional Conduct

• Both parties are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.

• Foul language, threats, harassment, or disrespectful communication will result in immediate project termination without refund.

• Kenya’s Graphics LLC expects clients to respond to project-related emails, draft approvals, and content requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.

5. Content & Materials Submission

• The client must submit all required materials, content, product information, logos, images, and branding elements within six (6) business days of the project start date.

• Kenya’s Graphics LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.

• Work will not begin until all required materials are received.

6. Non-Communication (Ghost Policy)

• Clients who fail to respond to project-related communication within fifteen (15) business days will be subject to a 20% ghost fee of the total project cost.

• If there is no communication or payment of the ghost fee within thirty (30) business days, the project will be terminated without refund.

• Reactivation of a terminated project will require a new booking fee.

7. Turnaround & Deadlines

• Standard turnaround times vary by service and begin once payment and required materials are received.

• Rush services must be approved prior to booking and may include an additional fee.

• Kenya’s Graphics LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines due to late client responses or delayed content submission.

 

8. Design Ownership & Usage

• Final approved designs will be delivered in agreed formats.

• Kenya’s Graphics LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or alter designs for resale purposes without written consent.

9. Creative Direction

• Kenya’s Graphics LLC maintains creative direction and professional judgment on all projects.

• Inspiration images are used as references only and will not be copied or replicated.

• Major changes in scope after project start may require additional fees.
